Terms and health guidance

By booking a session you agree to these terms. We may refuse admission if they are not accepted.

Sauna use is at your own risk. Please do not use the sauna if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, or have been drinking alcohol, without first checking with your doctor.

Sea swimming is at your own risk. Check the conditions and never swim alone.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the sauna at all times.

Please arrive five minutes before your session. Sessions start and finish on time.

You can cancel or move a booking from your confirmation email or your account up to the cut-off shown at booking. After that, please call.

Payment is due on arrival.
