The weekly booking schedule is released each Monday. Times follow the tide.
Shared session
Share the sauna with others. Come and go between the heat and the sea as you please. Up to 8 people, so there's always room on the bench.

The sauna
A traditional wood-framed sauna heated by a wood-burning stove, sitting right on the sand at Roberts Cove. Ladle water over the hot stones for steam infused with Doterra essential oils, keep an eye on the sand timer, then walk a few steps into the sea. Sara looks after every session.

Tip: sessions follow the tide, so the water is never far. Payment is taken when you arrive.
